    Can you use Google Earth on a computer without access to the internet, or does it require the internet to work completely?

    		It appears that internet access is required:

    "The next most likely mode of failure is Internet access speed. Except for the very patient, broadband Internet (Cable, DSL, T1, etc.) is required."
