A controversial contemporary artist has recently created a work using an item of 18th-century origin and has taken its title from an exasperated question asked by his mum. Should he find a buyer at the asking price, his creation will become the most expensive work of art by a living artist ever to be sold. Who is the artist, and can you find me an illustration of this glittering aesthetic achievement?

That's the guy, jacquie. Hirst is not one of my favorite artists, but I do rather admire the way he pushes the boundaries. I worry about about his mum, though.
You get a nice, ethically-sourced diamond, set in platinum.

Quite a few people reckon it's pushing the boundaries in calling him an artist.......

According to the Wiki article on Damien, his mother heated up his Sex Pistols vinyl record and turned it into a fruit bowl! She can't be all bad.
At least diamond encrusted skulls and spot paintings keep him out of the farmyard.
