There was a peace treaty negotiated on a train driven by the then King of Bosnia. Which war was being ended?

Stefan VII Tomasevic was the last actual King of Bosnia, and he would have had great difficulty in trying to drive a train as he was beheaded by the ottoman Turks in 1463. The title King of Bosnia has been applied in more recent days to Paddy Ashdown, former leader of the Liberal Democrat Party in the UK, and High Representative in Bosnia at the end of the conflict there following the break-up of Yugoslavia. I can't find any evidence of him driving a train, but he did pull some lovely tricks on the delegates at the conferences to end the conflict. Another sort of diplomacy from the normal. Slightly more in the banging their heads together type of thing.....
