    		I suspect that this is Robert Baden-Powell. I've got another site with the brandy incident, which I'll post in a minute.

    		A Silver Woggle to Frankie. B-P indeed. Painted butterflies and filled in the wings with details of fortifications, and in the other incident the German sentries thought he was too drunk to see straight.
