Abu Musa and Lesser Tunb are too small.
Obvious other candidates would be Bubyan Island (Kuwait), Abu al Abyad (formerly Abu al Jirab) (UAE) These are obvious. More uncertain are Sheikh Shoeyb and Qeys (Iran).

A more correct spelling of the Kuwait island would be Bubiyan Island.
Qeys (Iran) could also be spelled Kish Island.

Well, naming is a problem in the Persian Gulf: The island that is called Sheikh Shoeyb on my map is also called Lavan Island. I don“t know which name is the more correct.
