    		Acccording to this, the death penalty is no longer used for any crime. Although it used to be used for treason, piracy, and arson in HM docks!

    		1st Degree murder is still eligible for the death penalty in the states which allow the DA to seek the death penalty.

    Under the military code of justice, the punishment for treason is still the death penalty.
