    Ten years ago this man became the seventh Canadian to go into space, with the space shuttle Discovery. Who is he?

    Incidentally, he may not have been the 7th Canadian as Marc Garneau went into space twice before he did. Oh, and he was born in Iceland as well. Not that that's relevant.
