    Okay. I'll bite again...August 10 (and 11), 1956 Elvis appeared at the Florida Theatre in Jacksonville, FL. Juvenile Court Judge Marion Gooding attended the first concert to see if all the fuss was warranted. Several sites state the "Honorable Judge Gooding" actually showed up with an arrest warrant in the event that Elvis was as risque as he'd heard. After watching Elvis' jiggle, he asked that the show be toned down...Elvis only wiggled his little finger as a mild protest. Apparently no arrests were made.
