Surely this is not a riddle, since the board rules don't allow them. But if it is I would say all of them.

However the Chinese languages which uses characters to express ideas instead of letters could not apply, and more people speak Mandrian Chinese than any other language.

There is a Chinese alphabet. It's not widely known but there is one. It's not a traditional alphabet like the English where the characters/letters make up words. The Chinese alphabet when put together (one, two, or three 'letters') make up the sound that Chinese characters make.
