    		Connie Talbot is a six year old singer from Streetly, Metropolitan Borough of Walsall, West Midlands. She started singing aged 18 months.

    		She's a 6-year-old Brit who made it to the final round of the the British version of American Idol called "Britain's Got Talent" singing "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" (beautifully I might add). She didn't win due to the phone-in vote, but she did steal that old curmudgeon, Simon's heart during the try-outs, which were widely viewed on the internet.

    		She is now seven or eight. she was a six year old English girl who made it to the final round in 'Britain's Got Talent' for singing. She released an album and a single called 'Three little Birds.'
