What is the real name of the Phantom Ranger of Power Rangers Turbo?

Question #84905. Asked by Prognosticator. (Aug 24 07 9:14 AM)

    death9

Phantom Ranger's identity has yet to be revealed, although there was plenty of speculation, including one of Phantom Ranger being Zordon's son.

Like death9 said, his identity is never revealed, although I have ruled out him being Zordon's son because his home planet looks nothing like Eltar. I have heard many theories including he is Gosei (from Megaforce), or that he was Billy (blue Mighty Morphing)
