    		Rokko Island has 14,833 inhabitants. Are you sure it is the most populated?
    I think the population of Odaiba Island (Tokyo) might be larger, but I
    can´t find the exact figures.

    		I might think that HKIA (Hong Kong International Airport), a Man-made Island, would qualify. 44 Million passengers a year. 120,000+ persons per day. And 1000+/- employees.

    Granted none of these stats reside there.

    		Maybe I should have asked for the most populous island which is entirely artificial? I am not sure in Manhattan Island is a good example of an "artificial island". How many % of it is artificial?
