In England (Great Britain/the United Kingdom) the reigns of the monarchs are divided up into regnal years, numbered and starting on the date of their accession. Which monarch had regnal years that started on eleven different calendar dates, and why was this?

It could be King John - he was crowned on Ascension Day, which moves each year. However, according to this http://www.medievalgenealogy.org.uk/cal/reg7.htm it would give him 13 different calendar dates.
