No way - the three islands of Hilbre (in order: Hilbre, Little Hilbre - or Middle Eye - and Little Eye) are all far smaller than Nauru. (Just quoting the three nearest islands to me...)
Sorry, but your link doesn't seem to work - when posting a link from Google it's best to right click on the Google link, then select 'Open in New Window'. Then click on the URL at the top and Copy it, then paste it here.

works, stripped of its Google additives, but Nauru is merely the smallest member of the Commonwealth.
There are smaller islands than the Hilbres, but if anyone's interested https://www.wirral.gov.uk/LGCL/100006/200073/1008/content_0000981.html
According to http://www.didyouknow.cd/islands.htm quoting the Guinness Book of Records, Bishop Rock is the smallest island (using the British Government's definition of an island as being summer's pasture for one sheep if uninhabited, and no restriction if inhabited). Also found at http://thelongestlistofthelongeststuffatthelongestdomainnameatlonglast.com/smallest31.html which I couldn't resist... However, there isn't any pasture there and the lighthouse has not been manned since 1992 (which goes to show you can't trust all the info you find on the net). http://www.trinityhouse.co.uk/interactive/gallery/bishop_rock.html
