What does the symbol on the "podium" at 'Antichrist Superstar' mean?

It simply means "shock", something Brian Warner, AKA Marilyn Manson, has become quite good at.|
It is arranged among other symbols in his live performances as a statement of today's America and how we have become, in many ways, like the Nazi Party of Hitler's time.
It is all about going to an extreme to awaken those who are so complacent or insouciant that they can not see where we are being led.
As this image says. It is self-explanatory.
Marilyn Manson is a brilliant artist who puts into plain English that which many scholars have been pontificating for centuries.
Here is a sample....
re-write the constitution
it says define a revolution
the end is here
if you're a part of the institution
you're not a part of the resolution
bow down to fear
i am the president
we own the world
i am the king of the world
the only good god is a dead god
the only god good for me
the only good god is a dead god, baby
the only damn god i need
dont draw your own conclusion
submit to the grand illusion
get on your knees
there will be no absolution
no final step of evolution
the end is near
your world means nothing to me
you say what you think
stand on your kings
and when you're all done with me fulfill your own prophecy
gnaw skin off my teeth
i killed your king of deciet
chaos, come onto me, i am free
and when you're all done with me
consumed by your own f#%$*&g greed
Antichrist Superstar (written Antichrist Svperstar in several places as an allusion to Latin) is Marilyn Manson's second full-length studio release and was released in 1996. The album raised awareness of the band, and led to numerous protests due to the band's perceived anti-Christian stance. It was produced by the band's leader Manson and Nine Inch Nails frontman Trent Reznor.|
The album's title is a combination of the concept of the Antichrist with the title of the famed musical Jesus Christ Superstar. The influence of the latter can also be seen in the song "Angel with the Scabbed Wings", which features a riff strongly reminiscent of a portion of the Jesus Christ Superstar score.
It has elaborate packaging, consisting of a black cardstock sleeve covering the plastic jewel case with graphics of Manson on both the front and back, the latter of which is flanked by the red Superstar Shock logo and the roman numerals IX, VI, III and VII.
