    What was the name of Albrecht Dürer's last collective writings dealing with plane geometry and construction of a 9-gon?

    I think it is the "Underweysung der messung mit dem zirckel un richtscheyt..." a collection of four books he discussed the construction of the nonagon/enneagon (usually shortened as 'Unterweisung der Messung' and translated as 'Treatise on Measurement' or 'Instructions on Measurement' but published as 'The Painter's Manual'). I can't find a good reference hope this will do:
