    		"Dr Pepper is Not a Cola: According to the Texas Handbook Online, prior to a 1963 district court ruling bottlers could not carry Dr Pepper along with Pepsi-Cola or Coca-Cola without violating their franchise contracts because they were not permitted to bottle competing brands. But in 1963 the United States Fifth District Court in Dallas declared that Dr Pepper was not a cola, thus allowing Dr Pepper to expand its reach."
