A place called 'Hogs(something)', associated with someone called Potter. No, Baloo isn't being obvious this time. Who would this Potter be, and who would be the top inhabitant?

Despite its seedy reputation, the Hog's Head pub has been host to several important events in the world of Harry Potter. The inn was the headquarters of the 1612 Goblin Rebellion.

Dim recollection, of a 'comedian' called Gilly Potter, who told tales about the parish of Hogsnorton.

So far so good - top inhabitant? In his opinion, of course....

There seem to be several here, and I can't remember which was generally pre-eminent.

I was looking for Lord Marshmallow, but well done in finding that script. Not to the taste of fans of Ben Elton, probably, but appreciated by those who like dry humour rather than in yer face....
