How are old vehicles classed? I know that there are vintage and classic cars but what are the other categories and how does a car fit into them?

UK classification is Veteran (pre 1910 I think), Vintage (up to 20s), Classic (20s on to WW II), and I'm not sure if there are classes after that. Satguru would probably know.
