It is Frederik VIII of Denmark (1843-1912), who ruled from 1906-1912. He succeeded his father, Christian IX. His sister was Queen Alexandra, wife of Edward VII (UK). His second son, Carl, was elected king of Norway in 1905, as Haakon VII. He was succeeded by his elder son, who became Christian X.
