Looking at the list of former Dutch colonies at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Former_Dutch_colonies, the easternmost colony was Netherlands New Guinea. This area is modern-day Indonesia's two easternmost provinces, Papua and West Irian Jaya.
