30 pieces of silver. See Matthew 26, verses 14-15. Tried to copy and paste answer but I am not very good at it!

    Matthew 26: 14-15

Then one of the twelve, called Judas Iscariot, went to the chief priests and said, "What are you willing to give me if I deliver Him to you?" And they counted out to him thirty pieces of silver.

Sold is not what I would consider the operative term. Betrayed is more like it. As for how much...Judas's soul! And 30 pieces of silver.

    Luke 22:48

48 but Jesus asked him, "Judas, are you betraying the Son of Man with a kiss?"

    Matthew 26:48

48 Now the betrayer had arranged a signal with them: "The one I kiss is the man; arrest him."

    Mark 14:10

10 Then Judas Iscariot, one of the Twelve, went to the chief priests to betray Jesus to them.

    Matthew 26:14-16

    Judas Agrees to Betray Jesus

14 Then one of the Twelve—the one called Judas Iscariot—went to the chief priests
15 and asked, "What are you willing to give me if I hand him over to you?" So they counted out for him thirty silver coins.
16 From then on Judas watched for an opportunity to hand him over.
