No. Space can't be any one temperature or another, only matter can, since heat is measured by the speed of molecules and the atoms that make them up.

Arpy is correct in that space itself cannot have a temperature as it is the absence of, or surrounding medium for, matter. However, in the colloquial sense, 'outer space' is very cold - only a few degrees at best above absolute zero.
