No. Absolutely no. Where did you read that he
made first Paganini's 24 recording?. Not in the link you did. If you read it somewhere else, is a mistake.

A hard one. There was a Czech virtuoso violinist (1913-1966), one of the best of the Czech violin school, who made between 1956-1958 a recording of the complete Paganini's 24 caprices. It was one of the best of that work, but very few know it, and the man was forgotten except to violin or Paganini experts. Do you know who he was?

Russian Canadian female violinist and composer. She wrote many pieces for the violin, including caprices, sonatas and partitas for solo violin. She married several times, and adopted the surnames of her husbands. She's remembered in Canada, but almost unknown outside. Her caprices for solo violin are splendid but difficult pieces, and have been recorded very few times. Do you know her?

A certain piece was written originally for solo violin, but it is now very famous in an arrangement for violin and piano which differ very significantly from the original baroque, and it's a rather romantic work. The arranger never recorded the piece, but almost every violinist did it. The piece is know by a name. Which is the piece, who is the composer and who is the arranger?
