At the beginning of the year it was 4500 pounds; it increased to 5750 pounds in June, 1975. You can find this information of the parliament website.

A Member of Parliament, or MP, is a representative elected by the voters to a parliament. There are many countries that operate under a parliamentary system.
There again the question may be asking about Military Policemen, called MPs in several countries. I don't know about their salaries, but it obviously depends on rank. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Military_police
