    Concerning traffic signals, are the colors for stop and go the same in every country in the world?

    		Some countries do have different types of signals, but red always seems to mean stop:

    		Some are Vertical and some are Horizontal.

    Red top, Green bottom or Green right, Red left. (the same as the Marine Standard).
