The same reference says: "Luke tells us that Elizabeth was six months pregnant when the angel Gabriel visited Mary. The beginning of Elizabeth's sixth month would have been the celebration of the Jewish feast of Hanukkah, which occurs in December of our modern calendar." By my reckoning, this means that the birth would have been about three or four months after Hanukkah, in April.
