    What is a red cell, and I don't mean the blood cell?

    		If you are referring to the U.S. government parlance for teams or units designed to test the effectiveness of U.S. tactics or personnel, this is called a red cell. The original Red Cell group was led by the former leader of the Navy SEAL Team Six Richard Marcinko.
