    How much would one person have to be able to lift before they could push a planet like Earth out of its orbit?

    As Archimedes said, you need somewhere to stand in order to push the earth. If you had such a place, then any push would move the earth , albeit only an infinitesimal amount. How much change of orbit would the questioner define as 'out of its orbit'?
