I'm going to offer up 60 Minutes, with (as of January 13, 2007) 830 episodes. I'm finding episodes listed for Coronation Street that haven't even aired yet. 6739. I bow to you. I should have known The Guiding Light was older. Now, I'm wondering what confounded site I found "longest running soap" for As the World Turns. Grrrr.
