Darn, i keep adding the wrong numbers (sorry, i'm at work and having to type and hide windows very fast.) 9,462,000 is the European Population 3,200,000 is the Russian Population difference 6,262,000 is the adjusted European Population that is the final answer, sorry for all the confusion.
