An alleged Soviet autopsy on Hitler's remains made shortly after the war claimed Hitler was monorchic, but most historians dismiss this reference as propaganda. This autopsy was only released around 1970. However, records show that he was wounded in 1916 during the Battle of the Somme, and some sources describe his injury as a wound to the groin.
I guess only Eva Braun knew for certain!

Hitler was supposedly suffering from latter stage syphilis ,and it was speculated that he may have had one of his testicles removed to prevent the progression of Syphilis, as the fact that he was missing one testicle was noted in a Russian autopsy of the body.

It is not terribly uncommon to be born with one testicle.
Unilateral anorchidism, or monorchidism, refers to the absence of one testis. It is defined as the unilateral or bilateral partial or complete absence of testicular tissue, with or without rudimentary epididymal and spermatic cord remnants, in the presence of internal Wolffian duct development and normal external genitalia.

In some cases, a testicle does not descend to the scrotum because it is absent (anorchia or anorchidism) or is malformed (dysgenesis). Absent or malformed testicles may be caused by a problem with the development of the testicle during fetal growth. In some cases, an absent testicle may be caused when the testicle shrinks (atrophies) because of problems in development, lack of proper blood supply, or other factors. In 3% to 5% of males who have testicles that can't be felt (nonpalpable), one or both testicles are absent.
An absent testicle on one side (unilateral) is called monorchidism ("single testicle"). It occurs in about 1 out of 5,000 males.
