    Is it legal to transfer Youtube videos to a video iPod?

    		Yes, here's how:

    Use 'zillatube' - it is very easy to use. It allows you to download, and watch the videos. (and more).

    It will help you to download videos and put them on your PC, iTunes, iPod, and more.

    1. download the video (it will automatically be saved to your PC)
    2. convert the video to mp4 format (or mp3)
    3. drag the mp4 into iTunes, then sync with your ipod

    It works very well.

    As the the legality of this practise, I can only suggest that YOUTUBE has actually permitted several vidoes on its site to explain the process of transfer.
