    		it is a screwdriver bit used to drive clutch screws more commonly referred to as butterfly screws, when placed in head of screw and turned counterclockwise it locks into place thus reducing the chance of damaging the screw head

    		It is similar to an "Easy out bit". It works on security head and "stripped" screws.
