Is there a bass lure that sends out electronic signals and "forces" the fish to bite?

Question #92707. Asked by wwiivarn. (Feb 22 08 8:11 PM)

I'm only finding one that emits electronic signals to attract fish and alert the fisherman to a bite. Nothing mentioned about a "forced" bite.
