    How many apple pips, or almonds would be safe to eat, before risk of cyanide poisoning?

    		The actual amount would depend on the person's size (height and weight), however:

    "Trials of almond dietary supplementation in adults have used 50 to 75 grams per day of sweet almonds". (That would be how much is safe to eat.)

    "Cyanide poisoning and death have resulted from laetrile and bitter almond consumption. A minimum lethal dose of cyanide is estimated at 50 milligrams (or 0.5 mg/kg body weight)".
