Galician violinist (1890-1961), very famous in the 1910s and 20s, big success in the United States. He wrote several pieces to the violin. Today forgotten, except for one violin sonata dedicated to him by a great violinist-composer. Who am I talking about?

    Arpeggionist

It's not Korngold, though he also lived around the same time and wrote some good pieces for the violin (as well as casting it in serious roles in some film scores).
