And an extra month every solar leap year (e.g. the Hebrew calendar has 13 months this year; this month, the month of Adar, is being duplicated to Adar A and Adar B)

A 12-month lunar year is 354 or 355 days. This is satisfactory to the Muslim calendar. By the Jewish calendar, which combines solar principals with the lunar cycles, seven out of every 19 lunar years will have 13 months rather than the usual 12. A 13-month lunar year has 384 or 385 days.
