a. A joint venture is simply when two parties join together in an economic activity.
b. A wholly foreign owned enterprise is pretty much just what the name says, a company that is 100% owned by a foreign country. They were designed to help China attract foreign investors.
c. A representative office is an office set up (in a foreign country) up as a liaison on behalf of its head office. It is limited to "non-direct" business activities.
Each of the following clues is about a single word with the smaller words "and", and "or" inside. They're not jumbled, but may appear in reverse order. I will give you the other letters in proper order. Hope you have a good time and/or fun!
