    		Looking at that link, I'm slightly confused. Are these the tigernuts that I used to enjoy when a cub, that came from the sweetshop in little packets and got stuck in your teeth? They didn't have to be soaked for 24 hours before being eaten. BTW in addition to horchata they seem to be widely employed as bait for catching carp. Why carp especially, I don't know.
