What is the title of the book that has the quote, "Indeed, there is nothing more dangerous than a resourceful idiot"?

Question #93466. Asked by screef. (Mar 13 08 8:27 AM)

    BRY2K

The quote is by Scott Adams, the cartoonist whose social commentary largely focuses on the world of corporate management, and is best known as the creator of the comic strip “Dilbert.”

I cannot locate a book per se from which this quote was taken....maybe someone else can.
