    Russian pianist, mathematician, theorist, professor and composer from French parents (1861-1926), one of the very few Wagner admirers in Russia. He wrote many very fine works with a high degree of crafmanship. Oistrakh has recorded some of them, and there's a fantastic piano trio, but he is almost unknown in the West. Do you know him?
