    What dish would the following ingredients make? Pears, cream cheese, green gelatin, maraschino cherries with whipped cream on top. Occasionally you can replace the pears with crushed pineapple, and also add mayonnaise and nuts to the mix.

    		Sea Foam Salad --


    INGREDIENTS

    1 #2 can pears (15-16 ounce)

    1 package lime Jell-O

    6 ounce cream cheese

    2 Tablespoons cream

    1 cup heavy cream, whipped

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Drain juice from pears. Heat 1-cup juice to boiling point. Pour over gelatin and stir until dissolved. Cool. Mix cheese and 2 Tablespoons cream until smooth. Add gelatin mixture and beat until blended. Chill until partly thickened. Fold in well-drained and mashed pears and whipped cream. Chill until firm. Garnish with maraschino cherries.
