Only one verse of the Bible mentioned 'virgin' AND 'Mary' - Luke 1, 27 'To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin's name was Mary.' The last time Mary is mentioned as mother of Jesus was Acts 1, 14 'These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication, with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brethren.' Mary is mentioned later in Romans 16, 6 'Greet Mary, who bestowed much labour on us.' Madonna is not mentioned. Mother and Christ occurs once Matthew 1, 18 'Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost.'
