    What is the name of the prince in "Beauty and the Beast"?

    		In the movie version of Beauty and the Beast the full name of the Prince is NEVER revealed. He is alternately known as "beast" or "master".

    In the contemporary television version of the story, the beast/prince is known as "Vincent".

    		In Disney's movie adaptation at least, he is merely referred to as 'the prince'.
