What is Sen-Sen and its modern version AntiPoleez?

    Question #94592. Asked by star_gazer. (Apr 13 08 8:23 PM)

Sen-sen is a type of breath freshener originally marketed as a "breath perfume" in the late nineteenth century, currently produced by F&F Foods.

AntiPoleez eliminates bad breath resulting from consumption of alcohol, tobacco and food. Unlike breath fresheners and gum AntiPoleez does not just mask the unwanted odor with heavy mint or fruit scent, it eliminates it and does not leave any other.

Sen sen is a breath freshener that masks the odor I think. Anti-poleez is a breath freshener that eliminates the smell of alcohol or tobacco in your mouth.

    A little history on Sen-Sen...

Sen-Sen was developed in the late 1800s by T.B. Dunn and Co., perfume dealers in Rochester, New York. According to Dunn's history, a plant supervisor by the name of Kerschner developed a formula for an effective and refreshing breath perfume. In keeping with its perfumery roots, it was on the market list for many years as a cosmetic.

Then nowadays...Anti-Poleez Swiss company creates breath mint making alcohol hard to detect.
