    What is the word for 'what one notices, an English paper, may be'?

    		I don't know if The Observer would fit that. It's an English Sunday newspaper, sister paper of the Guardian. It's the world's first Sunday newspaper. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Observer

    		I thought of that too, but was trying to find one that matched better. (Obviously without any success....) 'What one notices' is 'observed'; the noticer is the observer. (Probably a wrongly worded question from wherever SPLENDOUR got it. GingeryNutt and I are still trying to understand some of the questions in a quiz we did at the weekend - she won, by the way.)
