What was the last communist state in mainland Europe?

Question #9462. Asked by tm. (Jan 09 01 6:42 PM)

    Moleman

I have found a report that the last communist country in Europe was Slobodan Milosevic's Yugoslav Federation (or is it Bosnia-Herzegovena); this was 'overthrown' on 6 October 1999.
