Now that would be something.
I assumed it was another initial of his or the abbreviation of a title. Can't find that that's so. Perhaps it's a typo? "F" is typed with the left forefinger and "J" with the right. ??
My first link seems not to work. This one does.

Interesting that on The Free Dictionary, one should find 'This article is available to subscribers only'..... Both links worked for me, by the way - as far as that block anyway.
The zhukov page is a typing out of the document, (identical to Wikipedia's version). Here is the original (about halfway down the page), with Jean's slightly ambiguous signature. To me that's a J - that's not far off the J in my sig! - but to some it can be an F. (Personal experience there...)
