    		I don't know that this is the record but Santo Domingo (et al) has 5 twins:

    Santo Domingo — New York City, New York, USA (1983); Boston, Massachusetts, USA; Miami, Florida, USA; Providence, Rhode Island, USA; Sarasota, Florida, USA

    		This site says 27 for Chicago.
